Heb zojuist de laptop herstart in veilige modus en meermaals geprobeerd die twee RO Keys en de vijf O15 Keys te verwijderen (Fix & Checked). Helaas komen ze steeds terug bij een nieuwe scan. Zit nu wel terug op normale modus ondertussen.

Sorry voor de late reactie maar had even weer wat problemen met de laptop waaronder enkele malen vastlopen dus kon niet meteen alles regelen. Heb de zaken in Hijackthis verwijderd, al komen enkele wel terug, maar het zij zo. Goedenavond, Ik zou graag mijn laptop die werkt op Windows Vista weer willen herstellen naar de fabrieks-instellingen of standaard instellingen. Helaas heb ik geen Windows Vista CD, ben deze ofwel kwijt of heb deze nooit gekregen bij mijn aankoop (helaas vergeten). Heb via het surfen gelezen over "USB gebruiken met een programma dat Hines of Hinres heet en zelfs iets over Gpad", maar ken hier niets van. Tevens zou je blijkbaar Vista kunnen her-downloaden ofzoiets, maar weet dit niet zeker, daarom dat ik het hier vraag. De reden hiervoor is dat hij ongeveer al een 3 jaar oud is en gedurende die tijd voor veel problemen heeft gezorgd. Heb deze altijd zelf kunnen oplossen op de één of andere manier en zou dat deze keer weer kunnen doen, maar wil liever beginnen met een schone lei om het zo te zeggen. Het probleem is dat op dit moment mijn gebruikers accounts volledig gecrasht zijn (behalve het gene waar ik nu op ben). Zo krijg ik meteen een bericht in de zin van "Kan Desktop niet laden in program files C...". Zodoende kon ik geen bureaublad meer zien, inclusief programma's. Geen verkenner meer opendoen, niet meer op het internet enzovoort. Had dan besloten een nieuw administrator account te maken en deze werkt wel. Vroeger zou ik gewoon alles overgezet hebben naar dit account (afbeeldingen, documenten, muziek..) en dan de "beschadigde accounts" verwijderen. Heb dit al twee keer moeten doen de voorbije jaren en zou dat nu dus ook weer kunnen doen. Gelukkig heb ik enkele maanden geleden een portable harddrive gekocht waar mijn afbeeldingen en muziek op staan zodat ik niet alles kwijt zou zijn. Maar twijfel om dit opnieuw over te zetten want misschien is er een virus of iets dergelijks actief, geen idee.
