Nee, enkele de twee die ik vermeld heb. Na de laatste BSOD wel een Windows Update gehad (+ hotfix), en sindsdien werkt hij terug sneller. Geen idee of alles nu correct is.

Is het verstandig om software te downloaden van de HP Support site voor de verbetering van de drivers, BIOS, besturingssysteem? Zodanig dat ik de problemen niet nog erger maak

In bijlage het document Het is eerder dat bv. Chrome en Office "niet reageren". Ook wanneer ik dingen naar Office kopieer duurt dit tamelijk lang (ten opzichte van vroeger). Wanneer ik Chrome, Office, iTunes, ... aanklik, duurt het ook lang voor deze opstarten. Komt dit omdat er iets mis met de 2 bestanden die BlueScreenView aanduidt? Ik download vaak muziek via torrents. Heeft dat er iets mee te maken? Avast, Spybot en Microsoft Safety Scanner vinden geen virussen of dergelijke. Alvast bedankt voor de hulp sfcdetails.txt

Geachte, Vandaag heb ik een Blue Screen Error gehad op mijn laptop. Heb BlueScreenView laten draaien en dit kwam er uit: bug check string: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check code: 0x1000007e caused by driver: iaStor.sys de 4 parameters: 1) ffffffff`c0000005 2) fffff880`010acf8b 3) fffff880`03764748 4) fffff880`03763fa0 Onderaan het programma staan iaStor.sysen ntoskrnl.exe in het rood aangeduid. Heb opdrachtprompt laten werken met invoer sfc /scannow. Enkele weken voor de BSOD vond ik al dat mijn laptop trager werkte en soms enkele seconden vast liep (Office, Chrome, ...) . Kan iemand mij helpen? Maak me ongerust, want laptop is nog maar één jaar oud.
