Hallo, Sinds enkele dagen zit er op onze laptop een virus. Het installeerde zelf een snelkoppeling op het bureaublad met de tekst 'Internet Security 2013' en bij het opstarten van de computer wordt een scan gestart terwijl alle andere programma's geblokkeerd worden. Geen enkel programma kan meer geopend worden. Als melding daarvoor komt dat de w32 blaster worm het heeft geblokt. Nu zit standaard McAfee op de laptop als beveiliging, ondertussen heb ik o.a. Malwarebytes, Spyware Doctor en SUPERAntiSpyware er op losgelaten maar dit helpt allemaal niet. Omdat ik ook het screenshot nergens kan plakken (geen enkel programma kan geopend worden) heb ik maar even een foto gemaakt, een beetje onduidelijk, maar dit krijg ik na het opstarten te zien. De enige manier om nog in de laptop te komen is via de veilige modus (F8 bij opstarten inhouden). Iemand enig idee hoe dit aan te pakken? Alvast hartelijk bedankt, ik kan momenteel geen kant op.
