Dat gaat dus niet want ik sta nog steeds op het welkom scherm

In veilige modus heb ik hetzelfde als gewoon opstarten dus zwart scherm maar ondertussen heb ik hem rond 9u45 aangezet en toen was het een lange tijd zwart schern en nu om 11u35 zit hij op het welkom scherm... Dus het lijkt alsof hij super lang tijd nodig heeft... Maar hij diet verder nog steeds niets, gewoon op welkom staan met dat draaiend cirkeltje

Het begon me nu toch the lang the duren terwijl er niets vooruit ging. Dus heb ik hem nog eens herstart maar nu krijg in een zwart scherm na opstarten en ik zie enkel nog de muis die ik nog kan bewegen maar dat is het. Na een tijdje wachten en niets doen verdwijnt die ook.

Het is nu al 40min aan het scannen en zit nu al ongeveer 30 min bij de voorlaatste stap 'Scan Bestandssysteem' maar Objecten Gescand lijken niet meer te vermeerderen. Is dit normaal of is er iets aan de hand?

Hallo iedereen, Ik heb juist een probleem gehad dat mijn pc plots vast zat terwijl ik er niets aan deed en gewoon muziek luisterde terwijl ik aan het studeren ben. Daarom startte ik pc opnieuw op met de aan/uit knop en nu als hij opnieuw opstart en ik klik gelijk waar, op het bureaublad op een programma of op de taakbalk, zit hij weer vast en doet hij niets meer en als ik probeer ctrl+alt+del te doen dan komt de fout "De opties voor beveiliging en afsluiten zijn niet weergegeven" die dan zegt dat ik hem weer opnieuw moet opstarten als hij vast zit, maar dan heb ik weer hetzelfde... Ik start hem nu op in veilige modus met netwerkverbinding hopen dat jullie een oplossing kunnen vinden. Ook interessant misschien om te melden is dat hij niet lang geleden ook eens vastzat terwijl ik naar een filmpje aan het kijken was en toen ik hem toen heropstartte wou hij gewoon niet opstarten en heb ik uiteindelijk een recovery herstel moeten doen waarbij ik al mijn bestanden kwijt was. Ik hoop dat het weet niet daar op uitdraait. Nu heb ik al even rondgekeken op het internet met mijn smartphone en heb gezien dat een log file van een Hijackthis scan jullie verder kan helpen dus dit heb ik alvast gedaan.
