How can I delete Petya Ransomware notification?

Hello. I am from Germany and I have a Problem with my Laptop. By start I receive a strange notification: you became a victim of the Petya Ransomware. Is it really a virus or just a browser advertising? Google shows me different answers to it. For example xxxxxxxxxxxx says it is a Word file visus. If it is so, how can I get rid of it? Maybe my laptop is not infected? May be I can delete it by myself? How can I do it?
