"jij vraagt naar iets en wij zoeken dat". Mijn initiele vraag was: "windows backup herkent geen externe schijf" wat moet ik doen ? Nu zitten we na een week met alle nodige informatie geleverd door mij bij TomTom ?

Inderdaad, levenslang TomTom, updates werken alleen via PC. Heb 2 antivirussen. Ik kan 1 verwijderen. Maar heeft dit echt nog te doen met het niet kunnen uitvoeren van de Windows Backup en het niet herkennen van de externe schijf voor die backup ???

Bij een zelftest van Dell, voor het opstarten geeft de testen "meerdere fouten zijn gedetecteerd" maar je kan geen uitleg of verdere details van die fouten krijgen ...

Met de externe schijf losgekoppeld kan ik dus zeker geen back up maken. Is dit dus de oplossing dan ?

Ik heb dit gedaan en krijg volgende info op mijn scherm. Wat valt er nu te doen om de Windows Back up in orde te krijgen ?

Bedankt stegisoft, maar ik zie in mijn verkenner 2 x die externe harddisk, éénmaal als onderdeel van C en één als zelfstandige externe. Welke moet er weg ? Voor ik foute dingen doe.

Geachte, Gisteren heb ik ontdekt dat mijn externe harde schijf (Seagate Backup Plus Drive (E:) niet kan gebruikt worden om een Windows, automatische back-up te maken, meer nog bij het plaatsen van de nieuwe externe schijf, halfweg juni is er nog nooit een back-up gemaakt (zie afbeeldingen hieronder). Gisteren heb ik dan handmatig 2 back-ups te maken en dit lukt niet. De foutmelding is steeds: 0x81000033 (onvoldoende schijfruimte om alles op te slaan. Zoals je hieronder ziet heb ik ook nog andere opzoekingen gedaan. Kan iemand mij helpen dit probleem op te lossen ?

Staff, het is inderdaad zo, dat er sprake is van een "werk-" id maar die gegevens, kan ik helaas niet meer terugvinden. Alles werd nu vervangen door de Office 365 en werkt dus weer (geen 538: te lang in de zon gezeten zeker !). Maar laat me nu sluiten met 2 opmerkingen. 1) Office herstellen: zorg dat je je account gegevens hebt. 2) opstarten van de de nieuwe onderdelen blijft op dezelfde manier verlopen, dus winst is - 70 Euro jaarlijks. Toch blij met jullie reacties.

Beste porrelaar, ik heb deze morgen mijn Office hersteld op de wijze zoals voorgeschreven in de link. Kies herstellen i.p.v. snel herstellen. Gevolg van deze actie is dat mijn account verdwenen is bij Office. Alle pogingen om opnieuw mijn account terug te toveren, mislukten. (Het was een leraarsversie van Sumika IT aan een heel beperkte prijs). Pogingen om bij Sumika binnen te geraken mislukten zodat ik noodgedwongen de thuisversie van Office 583 moest aanschaffen. Alle onderdelen van Office werkten niet meer.

Nadat ik mijn PC heb opgestart, duurt het gemiddeld 2 minuten om Outlook op te starten (ook bij Exel en Word). Als ik een bericht wil openen duurt het opnieuw een minuut eer ik het bericht kan lezen, ik krijg allerlei schermwissels, bovenaan lees ik "Outlook reageert niet" maar krijg ik het bericht toch te lezen. Bij aanklikken op een link in dit bericht, moet ik opnieuw een halve minuut wachten. Bij Exel en Word is de wachttijd bij het openen van het beginscherm ook minstens 2 minuten. CCleaner wijzigt niets aan de opstartduur. Ik werk met MS Office 2016 op een Dell computer.

Beste forumvrienden, Zaterdag is mijn nieuwe Samsung TV UE43NU7190SXXN geleverd. Ik probeerde mijn Netflix en bij de keuze van films, kreeg ik steeds dezelfde foutmelding van Netflix: tvq-pb-103 (1.10.5005). Ik heb uiteraard onmiddellijk contact met Netflix gehad. Eerste reactie: deze foutmelding kennen we niet. Dan een uur testen en onderzoeken, alles tevergeefs. We zullen het verder onderzoeken en aanpassen in je software, bij mijn vraag wanneer krijg ik antwoord van jullie ? Antwoord ? Wij zullen je niet antwoorden, je zal wel zien wanneer het opnieuw gaat. Neen dus. Vanmorgen ook een uur met Samsung aan de lijn gehangen, die hebben de TV gereset, zonder resultaat: het ligt dus aan Netflix beweert men. Ik heb bij een aantal forums gelezen dat er compabiliteitsproblemen zijn met bepaalde Samsung TV modellen en Netflix. Uiteraard beweren Netflix (en vooral Samsung) dat daar geen sprake van is. Ook toegang verkrijgen via google met Netflix lukt helemaal niet (op TV), ik gebruik dus de browser van Google. De foutmelding die ik krijg van Netflix is: gebruik Google Chrome als browser (of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox of Opera). Ik krijg echter geen enkele geïnstalleerd op mijn TV. Is er iemand die een oplossing heeft voor dit probleem. Telefonisch contact met de verkoper van Vanden Borre heeft nog geen antwoord opgeleverd. Ik had duidelijk gesteld dat mijn nieuwe TV moest Netflix toegankelijk zijn ...

Beste specialisten, heel erg bedankt voor jullie hulp. Inderdaad porrelaar, na de rechter muisklik op F kwam inderdaad het antwoord "help". Via de Nederlandse verwijzing heb ik de F-schijf "ontnaamd". Nogmaal bedankt voor jullie vlugge en praktische hulp om een "simpelmans" verder te helpen.
