Kun je onderstaande eens even uitvoeren.

Download en installeer Speccy.

Start het programma en er zal nu een overzicht gemaakt worden van je hardware.

Als dit gereed is selecteer je bovenaan " File - Publish Snapshot " en vervolgens bevestig je die keuze met " Yes ".

In het venster dat nu opent krijg je een link te zien, kopieer nu die link en plak die in je volgende bericht.

Gele vraagtekens bij "overige apparaten" wijst meestal dat een apparaat niet herkend wordt omdat de juiste drivers ontbreken. Vooraleer je gaat spelen met drivers, maak een herstelpunt aan!!!!!!!!!

De drivers installeren lukt niet.

Er zou een mogelijkheid zijn om via een verborgen partitie de computer te herstellen.

Maar hoe werkt dit?

Herstellen vanaf de verborgen herstelpartitie doe je als volgt

Re-install bundled software without CD

Acer eRecovery Management stores pre-loaded software internally for easy

driver and application re-installation.

1 Boot to Windows XP.

2 Press <Alt> + <F10> to open the Acer eRecovery Management utility.

3 Enter the password to proceed. The default password is six zeros.

4 In the Acer eRecovery Management window, select Recovery actions and

click Next.

5 In the Recovery settings window, select Reinstall applications/drivers and

click Next.

6 Select the desired driver/application and follow the instructions on screen

to re-install.

At first launch, Acer eRecovery Management prepares all the needed software

and may take few seconds to bring up the software content window.

Als je hulp nodig hebt bij de vertaling, laat het dan maar weten
