Kan AVG niet verwijderen

Fout: Actie is mislukt voor registersleutel HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows: registersleutel maken….

Error 0x80070005

Had verwijderen niet via link gedaan, nu toch gelukt.

AVG er af en alles functioneert perfect en super snel.

Heb ook mijn voorbeeld van de eerste mail getest, en alle nieuwe tabbladen gaan direct en snel open.

Wat moet ik nu doen ??

Heb maar gedaan zoals aangegeven in je vorige mail, ga nu AVG weer downloaden.

Het logje van Combofix is helemaal niet volledig, dit is slechts het eerste onderdeel. Hieruit blijkt wel dat er behoorlijk wat ongewenste bestanden van de PC gehaald zijn ... maar zou ook nog graag de rest van dit log bekijken. Kan je dit eens posten in je volgende bericht.

U hebt dit bericht ontvangen omdat een apparaatstuurprogramma op uw computer heeft veroorzaakt dat het besturingssysteem van Windows ineens niet meer werkt. Dit fouttype wordt een "stopfout" genoemd. Als een stopfout zich voordoet, moet de computer opnieuw worden opgestart.

Kopieer en plak daarin de onderstaande vetgedrukte tekst.

Sleep CFScript.txt in ComboFix.exe

Dit zal ComboFix doen herstarten. Start opnieuw op als dat gevraagd wordt.

Post na herstart de inhoud van de Combofix.txt in je volgende bericht samen met een nieuw logje van HijackThis.

Laten we er even van uitgaan dat alles inderdaad perfect werkt (al zouden die aangeduide items in je laatste Combofix-log toch nog wel eens voor problemen kunnen zorgen). Dan laten we Combofix even voor wat het is.

Verwijder dan wel Combofix via Start -> Uitvoeren en typ: ComboFix /Uninstall

Dit zal Combofix verwijderen + gerelateerde mappen en bestanden, herstelt de klokinstellingen opnieuw, verbergt de bestandsextensies, gaat verborgen bestanden en systeembestanden terug verbergen en maakt een nieuw herstelpunt.

Indien aanwezig mag je de map C:\Qoobox manueel verwijderen.

Download CCleaner. Klik op “Download Latest Version” en dan start de download van CCleaner automatisch en gratis op.

Installeer het en start CCleaner op. Klik in de linkse kolom op “Cleaner”. Klik achtereenvolgens op ‘Analyseren’ en 'Schoonmaken'. Soms is 1 analyse niet voldoende. Deze procedure mag je herhalen tot de analyse geen fouten meer aangeeft. Klik vervolgens in de linkse kolom op “Register” en klik op ‘Scan naar problemen”. Als er fouten gevonden worden klik je op ”Herstel geselecteerde problemen” en ”OK”. Dan krijg je de vraag om een back-up te maken. Klik op “JA”. Kies dan “Herstel alle geselecteerde fouten”. Sluit hierna CCleaner terug af.
