belangrijke linken op internet werken niet

ik heb sinds kort een merkwaardig probleem.

ik kan niet meer inloggen bij het internet bankieren, bepaalde sites maar ook kan ik mijn mail niet meer lezen.

het lijkt alsof de pagina vernieuwd wordt als je op de link clickt, en alle belangrijke sites zijn ontoegankelijk terwijl ik sites die eigenlijk niet zo veel betekenen wel toegankelijk zijn.

ik ben bij xs4all en heb een fritz box waar ik niet over te spreken ben maar bij mijn provider weten ze ook niet wat er aan de hand is.

ondertussen verstrijken de dagen en ik kan nog steeds niets.

wie weet wat het is?

Dan kunnen we best dit eerst doen:

Download HijackThis.

Klik bij "HijackThis Downloads" op "Installer".

Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren".

Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst.

Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten

Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog".

Er opent een kladblokvenster, hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en A-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles geselecteerd. Hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en C-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles gekopieerd. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets.

Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets.

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

Indien je niet kan download dan op een andere pc downloaden en op usb-stick zetten.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.
