vraag over norton

hallo ik had een vraagje over norton ik heb die vandaag gekocht

maar steeds als ik een tijd de computer niet gebruik dan word er iets in norton uitgeschakeld

zie bijlagen het heeft iets met sonar beveiliging te maken wie kan mij helpen? en kan ik malawarebytes blijven gebruiken of moet ik die uitschakelen?

Schakel malwarebytes uit of verwijder het, want die sonar beveiliging moet zijn werk kunnen doen.

Ga ook eventueel in je norton scherm naar sonar- beveilging en schakel het daar terug in.

Even toevoegen, ja kan malwarebytes wel blijven gebruiken, maar de live-scanner uitschakelen zodat deze niet in conflict is met Norton.

Dan kan je steeds manueel op regelmatige tijdstippen scannen met MBAM.

ik wilde voor alle zekker heid nog een logje plaatsen van hijackthis want krijg het idee dat er wat niet goed zit

Ze zijn verwittigd, wacht tot ze je verder helpen.

Op enkele schoonheidsfoutjes na is dit logje clean.

Start Hijackthis op. Ben je gebruiker van Vista of windows 7 kies dan voor “Run as administrator" of "Uitvoeren als administrator".

Selecteer “Do a system scan only”.
