Goedmorgen,

Al een hele tijd kan ik mbam niet meer gebruiken, deze blokkert bij het opstarten van een scan reeds na 3 seconden, het andere probleem is dat ik deze niet of nauwelijks kan uninstalleren (via your uninstaller) of via verwijderen van prog via windows. Ik heb een zwaar vermoeden dat er hier ergens iets niet klopt.

Zou iemand mijn logje 'ns kunnen nakijken en zien of dit probleem kan opgelost worden.

Ccleaner evenals windows 7 manager reeds gebruikt zonder resultaat.

Dit kan een beetje tijd in beslag nemen.

Indien er een melding komt dat rkill een infectie is kunt u dit negeren, het is namelijk een vals alarm.

Indien u problemen blijft houden qua meldingen download dan hier (iExplorer.exe) een hernoemde rkill versie naar uw bureaublad en voer deze uit.

Let op!!! Herstart niet de computer na het gebruik van rkill

En probeer daarna of Malwarebytes terug kan scannen ?

Goedemorgen Kape,

'k heb gadaan wat je hebt voorgesteld dwz.,

HJT items aangeduid en verwijderen, alsook rkill opgestart (de hele nacht laten draaien), deze laatste gaf enkel de melding

rkil is bezig malware van de computer te verwijderen,en dezelfde melding had ik nog steeds deze morgen.

mbam opgestart, deed niets zoals hiervoor.

voor alle zekerheid een log van HJT gemaakt, hierbij :

Zou het kunnen dat dit geen malware probleem is maar eerder een windows 7 ?

* BELANGRIJK !!! Sla ComboFix.exe op je Bureaublad op

1. Schakel alle antivirus- en antispywareprogramma's uit, want anders kunnen ze misschien conflicteren met ComboFix. Hier is een handleiding over hoe je ze kan uitschakelen:

2. Het kan voorkomen dat de computer meerdere malen opnieuw gestart moet worden, dit is normaal.

3. Dubbelklik op "Combofix.exe" om de tool te starten.

4. Klik niet in het scherm van Combofix als deze actief is, hierdoor kan de 'tool' vastlopen.

Noot !!! Als er een error wordt getoond met de melding "Illegal operation attempted on a registery key that has been marked for deletion", herstart dan de computer.

5. Wanneer ComboFix klaar is, zal het het een logbestand voor je maken. Post de inhoud van dit logbestand (te vinden als C:\ComboFix.txt) in je volgende bericht.

Ik heb mijn broer (in dit geval JAM) proberen te helpen met zijn probleem via Skype.

Hoofdzakelijk kwam het er op aan dat de gratis versie van MBAM niet meer functioneerde en na enkele seconden vastliep.

Toen kwam er bij dat hij MBAM niet meer werkte en ook niet kon desinstalleren noch via configuratiescherm-software noch via YOUR UNINSTALLER 2011. Telkens liepen beide programma's vast.

Ook had hij Java 6 met update 23. Ik liet hem die updaten tot update 26 (de laatste). In de lijst van programma's stond evenwel update 23 nog steeds. Hij kreeg die niet weg met JAVARA of YOUR UNINSTALLER.

Een tekstbestand van RKILL hebben wij ook niet gevonden op de c schijf.

Wij hebben zoals gevraagd Combo-fix gedownload en op het bureelblad geplaatst. Hierop hebben wij Combo-fix laten werken. Dit ging blijkbaar wel maar wij vonden geen tekstbestand van Combo-fix op de c schijf.

Plots waren ook alle iconen van het bureelblad verdwenen.

Voor vanavond had JAM er genoeg van en het scheelde niet veel of de pc was door het raam naar buiten gevlogen.

JAM zal morgen de pc terug opstarten en kijken wat nog werkt.

Hij zal hierover een bericht aan jou posten.

Nope, de volledige c partitie afgezocht en geen combofix.txt te vinden.

Uiteindelijk kon geen enkel programma nog worden geïnstalleerd of uninstalled.

Als ik het goed voor heb is JAM bezig de c partitie te formatteren en een clean installatie te doen.

Als dat is gebeurd zal hij zelf wel terug op het forum komen.
