help en ondersteuning

Krijg Help en ondersteuning niet meer open.Steeds verschijnt er is verbinding aan het maken. Dit heeft zich plaatsgevonden nadat ik combofix had geïnstalleerd.Dit was handig om alle software en hardware te vinden op mijn pc. Weet er iemand raad ?

Check eens of het terugzetten van een herstelpunt (klik er op) van voor de installatie van Combofix je probleem oplost ?...

Nope, heb ik al geprobeerd.

dit zijn mijn downloadprogramma's : volgens mij zijn er dubbele bij of die weg mogen .Welke ? Ik heb het ook geprobeerd met een nieuwe versie van IE8(gebruik wel mozilla) maar bracht geen oplossing.

Dit zijn allemaal downloads van de setup van de verschillende programma's. Als je deze programma's effectief hebt geïnstalleerd, mogen al deze downloads gewoon verwijderd worden.

heb ik dus verwijderd. Alleen waar is mijn help en ondersteuning gebleven ?
