Start Hijackthis op. Klik met de rechter muisknop op de icoon en kies dan voor “Run as administrator" of "Uitvoeren als administrator".

Logje is nu helemaal in orde.

Die blue screen komt van een time-out bij de synchronisatie van het plug & play subsystem.

Je kan proberen of het resetten van de usb poorten iets oplost.

Koppel alle usb apparaten los (behalve muis en toetsenbord)

Ga naar apparaatbeheer.

Dubbelklik op de usb controllers om ze allemaal te zien.

Klik de onderste aan met de rechter muisknop en kies voor installatie ongedaan maken.

Herhaal dit voor alle usb controllers.

Sluit het apparaatbeheer af en herstart de pc.

De usb drivers zullen opnieuw geinstalleerd worden en de poorten worden geinitialiseerd.

Je kan ook een controle doen om eventuele corrupte systeembestanden op te sporen en te herstellen.

Ga naar start -alle programma's - bureauaccessoires.

Klik met rechts op het icoon van de opdrachtprompt en kies voor uitvoeren als administrator om het opdrachtprompt te openen.

Typ sfc /scannow en druk enter. (let op de spatie voor de / )

Alle windows systeembestanden worden nu gecontroleerd op fouten en indien nodig vervangen door een correcte versie.

Hou de windows installatie cd/dvd bij de hand (als je er een hebt) want er kan om gevraagd worden.

Na de scan krijg je een overzicht van de resutlaten en een verwijzing naar een CBS logbestand.

Typ nu findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log > "%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" en druk enter.

Let op de spatie voor de / en %windir% en voor en na de >.

Nu zou je op je bureaublad het bestandje sfcdetails.txt moeten zien.

Voeg dit bestandje toe aan een volgend bericht.

wanneer ik op 'installatie ongedaan' maken klik, vragen ze of ik het stuurprogramma ook wil verwijderen, moet ik dat aanvinken?

en voor het tweede puntje:

ik heb maar 1cd/dvd bij de laptop gekregen: nl. drivers and utilities, geen windows 7 cd of dergelijke.

Is dat erg? kan ik toch scannow uitvoeren?

Enkel installatie ongedaan maken maar stuurprogramma NIET verwijderen, anders kan windows de usb poorten niet opnieuw installeren bij een herstart.

Je kan de sfc /scannow gewoon uitvoeren. Het is helemaal niet zeker dat er om de installatiecd gevraagd wordt.
