Ukash virus

Hallo,

Ik ben vanmiddag slachtoffer geworden van het Ukash virus. Ik heb eerst even gegoogled hoe ik dit weg kon krijgen en zo kwam ik tot volgende methode: - Druk bij het opstarten van de pc op toets F8 om naar safe

mode te gaan

- Zorg dat de pc aangesloten is op een netwerk via een kabel

(niet draadloos !)

- Kies voor Safe Mode with Networking

- Installeer

indien nog niet aanwezig het programma Malwarebytes, te downloaden vanaf

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

- Indien wel

geïnstalleerd, update de definitie files

- Laat het programma een Quick Scan

draaien

- Verwijder alle infecties die het programma vindt

- Start de pc

terug op

Dit heb ik dus al uitgevoerd, maar na wat verder te lezen op dit forum begrijp ik dat ik eigenlijk eerst Hijackthis had moeten downloaden.

Ga naar Start - Alle programma's - Bureauaccesoires.

Zoek het icoon van het opdrachtprompt en klik er op met de rechter muisknop en kies dan in het lijstje voor “uitvoeren als administrator” om het opdrachtprompt te openen.

Tik in: sc stop ASKUpgrade en druk op Enter.

Tik in: sc delete ASKUpgrade en druk op Enter.

Tik in: sc stop ASKService en druk op Enter.

Tik in: sc delete ASKService en druk op Enter.

Tik in exit en druk Enter.

Als je op een van deze instructies een foutmelding krijgt, ga dan gewoon door met de volgende instructie.

Start Hijackthis op. Selecteer “Scan”. Selecteer alleen de items die hieronder zijn genoemd:

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

Verwijder Ask Toolbar of AskBarDis via Software (indien aanwezig) of verwijder anders volgende vetgedrukte map : C:\Program Files (x86)\AskBarDis.

Plaats ook even het logje dat je met Malwarebytes hebt gemaakt in een volgend bericht, samen met een nieuw logje van HijackThis.
