Het probleem was gisteren begonnen toen men vriendin haar pc aan stak kwam er op dat ze een start up repair moest uitvoeren en na die start up repair viel haar pc gewoon uit en nu krijgt ze constant updates en is ze al haar bestanden kwijt.

Ze wil graag weten hoe dit gebeurt is.
