Bovenaan het menu verschijnt een tandwieltje met services achter. Klik daarop.

Volg daarna bericht 80

de service Background Intelligent Transfer Service staat er niet tussen

Kijk in je lijst of de service COM+ Event System er tussen staat. Zoja , zet het op Automatisch.
