Sinds enige dagen zie ik op elke site die ik bezoek woorden die onderlijnd zijn en bij het raken van de woorden krijg ik pop ups met vervelende ads, die blijkbaar aangestuurd worden met "instant savings", de pc is ook opvallend trager. Met een virusscan komen er geen vermelde problemen.

Ik zal je verder helpen.

Ik moet echter mijn advies eerst laten keuren door een gekwalificeerd helper, hierdoor kan het iets langer duren voordat ik je verder kan helpen.

Hoi Frarit,

Download zoek.exe naar het bureaublad.

  • Schakel je antivirus- en antispywareprogramma's uit, mogelijk kunnen ze conflicteren met zoek.exe(hier of hier) kan je lezen hoe je dat doet.
  • Dubbelklik op Zoek.exe om de tool te starten.
  • Windows Vista, 7 en 8 gebruikers dienen de tool als "administrator" uit te voeren door middel van de rechtermuisknop en kiezen voor Als Administrator uitvoeren.
  • Klik op de knop "Options" en vink nu de onderstaande opties aan.
    • Recently Created
    • Installed Programs
    • HijackThis Log
    • Firefox Look
    • Chrome Look
    • Empty Temp Folders
    • System Restore Point
    • Auto Clean

    [*] Klik daarna op de knop "Run script".

    [*] Wacht nu geduldig af tot er een logje opent (dit kan na een herstart zijn als deze benodigd is).

    [*] Mocht na de herstart geen logje verschijnen, start zoek.exe dan opnieuw, de log verschijnt dan alsnog.

    [*] Post nu de inhoud van het geopende logje in het volgende bericht.

Hoi,

1. Ga naar Start - Configuratiescherm - Programma's

Verwijder onderstaande programma's, indien aanwezig:

  • IncrediMail
  • IncrediMail 2.0
  • IncrediMail Mediabar Nederlands 2 Toolbar

  • Dubbelklik op Zoek.exe om de tool te starten.
  • Windows Vista, 7 en 8 gebruikers dienen de tool als "administrator" uit te voeren door middel van de rechtermuisknop en kiezen voor Als Administrator uitvoeren.
  • Kopieer nu onderstaande code en plak die in het grote invulvenster:
  • Note: Dit script is speciaal bedoeld voor deze PC, gebruik dit dan ook niet op andere PC's met een gelijkwaardig probleem.

  • Klik daarna op de knop "Run script".
  • Wacht nu geduldig af tot er een logje opent (dit kan na een herstart zijn als deze benodigd is).
  • Mocht na de herstart geen logje verschijnen, start zoek.exe dan opnieuw, de log verschijnt dan alsnog.
  • Post nu de inhoud van het geopende logje in het volgende bericht.

Hoi,

Hoe gaat het ondertussen met de problemen?

Kan je ter controle nog volgend logje plaatsen aub?

Download DDS van sUBS van één van deze locaties en plaats het op je bureaublad:

DDS - Bleeping Computer download.

DDS is een diagnosetool en maakt gebruik van scripts.

Schakel je beveiligings software uit voordat je DDS uitvoert!

Dubbelklik op DDS om de tool te starten.

DDS zal 2 logfiles openen:

* DDS.txt

* Attach.txt

Een scherm vraagt je om beide logjes op te slaan omdat de logjes weg zullen zijn als je ze sluit.

Sla de logjes op bijvoorbeeld op je bureaublad of een andere plaats waar je ze makkelijk terug vind.

Post het DDS.txt logje met je volgende antwoord. De Attach.txt post je alleen wanneer ik hier om vraag.

Hoi Mako,

Het initiële probleem is verholpen , waarvoor dank. De Incredimail is verwijderd en tegelijkertijd ben ik van de vervelende ads af en is de pc een stuk sneller geworden.

Het enige wat er nu vervelend geworden is, is de toegang tot mijn e-mailprogramma. Ik gebruik telenet en blijkbaar moet ik altijd inloggen via het internet met webmail. Dus iedere keer gebruikersnaam en paswoord invullen. Ook kan ik mijn verzonden items niet meer zien. Ik heb zojuist contact opgenomen met de technische dienst van Telenet en daar zeggen ze mij dat ik altijd zo zal moeten inloggen en dat ik mijn verzonden mails kwijt ben, waarvoor hun excuses. Wreed lastig.

Hoi,

Om welk e-mailprogramma gaat het?

Waarom de lijst van verzonden items verdwenen is heb ik jammer genoeg ook geen idee :dong:. Echter, als je aangeeft een e-mailaccount te hebben bij telenet vrees ik dat zij wel de waarheid zullen spreken omtrent het inloggen.

Had je daar vroeger geen last van dan?

Hoi,

Ik moet nu inloggen met telenet webmail, wat voordien niet zo was. In het begin bij overschakelen naar telenet had ik en snelkoppeling waarmee ik direct op de site kwam, daarna is er op één of andere manier Incredimail op gekomen waar we ook direct toegang hadden. Nu moet ik dus eerst op internet gaan en via gebruikersnaam en paswoord inloggen.
