Installatie probleem Printer"Brother DCP-J140W"

Tijdens de installatie van mijn nieuwe printer "Brother DCP-J140W" wordt

nagenoeg op het einde de procedure afgebroken met de mededeling

: DIFxDriverPackageInstall Error=2

Kan iemand hulp bieden?

Sluit je de USB- kabel ook pas aan als er om gevraagd wordt?

Via welke methode voer je de installatie uit ? Voor USB kabel of WIFI?

krijg je de foutmelding tijdens de installatie van MFL-pro suite?

Ik heb de installatie precies uitgevoerd zoals in de handleiding, dus USB-kabel niet aangesloten!

De foutmelding komt inderdaad tijdens installatie van MLF-Pro suite.

Onderstaande vond ik terug.

the error that you are experiencing pertains to the installation driver software of your printer. you may want to “repair” the driver software by going to control panel>>> add/remove programs or programs and features >>> click uninstall >>> choose repair.

if that didnt work, try to completely uninstall the driver of the printer. control panel>>> add/remove programs or programs and features >>> click uninstall >>> uninstall

After that reboot the computer and turn off the printer… now its time to install a fresh driver software for your printer….
