Windows loopt vast en kan niks installeren.

Beste allemaal,

Na al veelal proberen zoeken en oplossingen proberen te vinden kom ik er toch echt niet meer uit.

Het is namelijk zo...

Toen ik een tijdje terug Hamachi probeerde te installeren is hij na het open van de winstaller direct weer uitgegaan.

Ik heb het idee dat hij de installatie niet doorstart.

Hierna ben ik het meerdere malen gaan proberen en telkes na dit voorval loopt de computer vast, en moet ik deze met de power knop uitzetten.

Mijn bureaublad bevriest zichzelf helemaal, en ik kan alleen nog met de muis werken. Alleen klikken werkt niet meer.

Nu is het zover dat de computer is schoongemaakt en er een backup overheen is gegaan.

Na te hebben verwacht dat alle ellende weg zou zijn is het helaas nog steeds aanwezig.

Hopelijk kunnen jullie mij helpen met dit probleem, en ik zal zo spoedig mogelijk de dingen doen die jullie mij adviseren.

Bij het opstarten heb ik de recovery gedaan, wat in mijn ogen het opschonen van de computer is.

Hierbij heeft hij de backup gebruikt die gemaakt is toen wij de computer hebben aangeschafd.

Mijn excuses, ik ben nogal slecht in het verwoorden van bepaalde termen. Zo veel verstand heb ik ook niet van computers namelijk.

De volgende problemen doen zich voor:

- Het vastlopen van de webbrowser

- Het niet kunnen installeren van programma's die winstaller gebruiken (Skype lukte namelijk wel en heb hier geen winstaller bij gehad)

- Het vastlopen van windows verkenner (C schijf of externe schijf)

- Het volledig bevriezen van de explorer

- Het afsluiten of afmelden duurt ontzettend lang. (meer dan 10min)

- En wellicht nog niet boven water gekomen fouten

Dus je hebt een fabrieksherstel uitgevoerd waardoor je PC terug gezet is zoals op de dag van aankoop.

Onderstaande problemen doen zich voor direct na het uitvoeren van die recovery?

- Het vastlopen van de webbrowser

- Het niet kunnen installeren van programma's die winstaller gebruiken (Skype lukte namelijk wel en heb hier geen winstaller bij gehad)

- Het vastlopen van windows verkenner (C schijf of externe schijf)

- Het volledig bevriezen van de explorer

- Het afsluiten of afmelden duurt ontzettend lang. (meer dan 10min)

- En wellicht nog niet boven water gekomen fouten

Die Hamachi ken ik niet, wel opgezocht waar voor ze dient, maar weet niet wat er allemaal door fout kan gaan.

Alhoewel Virussen of malware bijna uit te sluiten si mag je toch onderstaande uitvoeren:

We zullen eerst eens nagaan of malware of virussen de oorzaak zijn van je probleem.

1. Download HijackThis. (klik er op)

De download start automatisch na 5 seconden.

Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren".

Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst.

Als je geen netwerkverbinding meer hebt, kan je de download doen met een andere PC en het bestand met een USB-stick overbrengen

Als je enkel nog in veilige modus kan werken, moet je de executable (HijackThis.exe) downloaden. Dit kan je HIER doen.

Sla deze op in een nieuwe map op de C schijf (bvb C:\\hijackthis) en start hijackthis dan vanaf deze map. De logjes kan je dan ook in die map terugvinden.

2. Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten. (lees eerst de rode tekst hieronder!)

Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog".

Er opent een kladblokvenster, hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en A-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles geselecteerd. Hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en C-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles gekopieerd. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets.

Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets.

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\\Program Files\\Trend Micro\\HiJackThis of C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Trend Micro\\HiJackThis. 3. Na het plaatsen van je logje wordt dit door een expert nagekeken en hij begeleidt jou verder door het ganse proces.

Even een kleine update:

Het blijkt dat de computer wel installeerd..

Het duurt echter heel erg lang (30 min tot 1 uur) voordat de setup doorlaad.

Het is dus zo dat de computer plots heel erg traag blijkt te zijn.

Ik heb de computer ook al in zijn geheel gescand met Kaspersky 2013. (22 dreigingen maar in mijn ogen niks bijzonders)

Ga naar Start - Alle programma's - Bureauaccesoires.

Zoek het icoon van het opdrachtprompt en klik er op met de rechter muisknop en kies dan in het lijstje voor “uitvoeren als administrator” om het opdrachtprompt te openen.

Tik in: sc stop "Partner Service" en druk op Enter.

Tik in: sc delete "Partner Service" en druk op Enter.

Tik in exit en druk Enter.

Als je op een van deze instructies een foutmelding krijgt, ga dan gewoon door met de volgende instructie.

1. Schakel alle antivirus- en antispywareprogramma's uit, want anders kunnen ze misschien conflicteren met ComboFix. Hier is een handleiding over hoe je ze kan uitschakelen:

2. Het kan voorkomen dat de computer meerdere malen opnieuw gestart moet worden, dit is normaal.

3. Dubbelklik op "Combofix.exe" om de tool te starten.

4. Klik niet in het scherm van Combofix als deze actief is, hierdoor kan de 'tool' vastlopen.

Noot !!! Als er een error wordt getoond met de melding "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion", herstart dan de computer.

5. Wanneer ComboFix klaar is, zal het het een logbestand voor je maken. Post de inhoud van dit logbestand (te vinden als C:\ComboFix.txt) in je volgende bericht.
