Kan je dan Mbam uitvoeren?

Ik heb het via methode 2 gedaan, shift ingedrukt bij het klikken op opnieuw opstarten en ingehouden totdat hij opnieuw ging opstarten, alleen kan je nergens zien of je in de veilige modus zit?

Hij deed het althans niet hij gaf de error: G:/mbam.exe the specified service does not exist as an installed service

Dat is voor Windows 8. Jij werkt met Windows 7 toch? In dat geval dien je de F8 knop te gebruiken.

Je kan duidelijk zien als je in veilige modus zit aan die lelijke grote pictogrammen op je bureaublad. ;-)

ohja, sorry excuses niet goed gelezen..... haha het is gelukt maar dit keer geeft hij de error code: Run-Timke error ´53´: File not found mbam

ok, start de computer terug normaal op en gebruik hiervoor Internet Explorer:

Ga naar de site van de ESET Online Scanner

• Klik op de knop ESET Online Scanner
  
• Zet een vinkje bij YES, I accept the Terms of Use
  
• Klik op Start
  
• Sta het ActiveX control toe om te installeren.
  
• Klik op "Advanced settings"
  
• Zet een vinkje bij de volgende opties:
  
  • Remove found threats
    
  • Scan archives
    
  • Scan for potentially unwanted applications
    
  • Scan for potentially unsafe applications
    
  • Enable Anti-Stealth technology

  [*]Klik op Start

  [*]De computer wordt nu gescand. Dit kan best lang duren, heb dus geduld.

  [*]Je mag het venster sluiten wanneer de scan klaar is.

  [*]Gebruik Kladblok om het logje te openen. Dit logje vind je op de locatie C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

  [*]Kopieer en plak de inhoud van dit logje in je volgende bericht.

Zodra ik dit doe op de geinfecteerde laptop en op YES, I accept the Terms of Use druk krijg ik een nieuw venster licht blauw met daarop een error links onderin maar er staat wel done bij, druk ik daarop staat er ´´ eroors on this webpage might cause it to work incorrectly ´VerEos´ is undefined, nl/ Code: 0 Uri: https://www.eset.com/nl/id=4458

Ga via je Start menu naar het Configuratiescherm en naar Gebruikersaccounts toevoegen of verwijderen.

Maak hier een nieuwe account aan met Administratorrechten.

Herstart de computer en meldt je aan met dat account.

Lukt het je hier om Malwarebytes te draaien?

Alles wat met administrator rechten moet blokkeert tie maar een wachtwoord aanmaken voor mijn bestaande account al of mij foto veranderen laat tie wel toe omdat ik daar geen administrator rechten nodig voor heb maar die heb ik wel?

Ga naar Bestand - Opslaan als.

Bij "Opslaan in" kies je: Bureaublad

Bij "Bestandsnaam" zet je: fix.reg

Bij "Opslaan als type" selecteer je: Alle bestanden (*.*).

Klik op de knop Opslaan.

Dubbelklik op de fix.reg file en laat de wijzigingen aan het register toevoegen.

Probeer hierna nogmaals om Malwarebytes uit te voeren.
