Doe eens het volgende...Start-- Uitvoeren -- typ daar msconfig <enter> ---> tabblad Opstarten. Haal in die lijst het vinkje weg voor de Winzip Driver Updater.

Gebruik je nu IE of FF?

Indien het Firefox was, probeer dit eens: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible

Het is de bedoeling om met IE11 onder Windows 8.1 te werken maar zoals je al vroeger kon lezen krijg ik altijd berichten dat ik met een oude versie van IE werk. Dus ik zie ook niet in waarom men mij met Mozilla zou laten werken. Nu vandaag heb ik wel uit het configuratiescherm Mozilla en Firefox verwijderd.

Bovenaan rechts op het Options icoontje klikken, compatibility view settings aanklikken en het adres van de website in het volgende kadertje intypen. Dan druk je op add en kijk je nog eens of de site wel deftig werkt.
