Hallo

Probleempje met mijn grootouders hun computer (ik weet dus niet wat ze gedaan hebben )

als ik Windows live mail open krijg ik de melding: "kan de ordinaal 459 niet vinden in dll-bestand urlmon.dll" en kan ik geen mails openen.

Heb al een anti-virus- en malwarescan gedaan, niks gevonden.

en wat het logje betreft: ik zou meteen alles van iobit deïnstalleren en er op zijn minst een virusscanner opzetten....

in 'vakkringen' geldt het als onbetrouwbaar, en een vervanger voor een virusbeschermer is het in geen geval.

dus: hoe dan ook snel een antivirus installeren (al was het alleen al omdat banken dat als eis stellen voor veilig internetbankieren)
