vroeger, voor de crash, zouden tussen al je andere apparaten ook de scanner en printer afzonderlijk zichtbaar en online geweest zijn. dat je nu wel je printer ziet maar geen scanner,zegt al iets over wat wel en niet herkend danwel geïnstalleerd is.

Het rare is alleen,dat het met de gegeven instructies allang voor elkaar had moeten zijn.

Om ook antwoord te geven op je vraag of het elkaar in netwerk en thuisgroep tegenwerkt, kan ik met hele grote letters nee antwoorden, met als reden dat ten alle tijden de beide opties als 1 werken,dus naast en met elkaar.

Ik heb voor de lol de wifi van mijn eigen canon 5450 AIO uitgezet en de AIO(all in One) via de usb aan het werk gezet.de pc werkt zoals het moet als soort modem voor de printer. wat inhoud dat de pc en de AIO aan moeten staan om vanaf een ander station te kunnen functioneren. alles op delen gezet. en de AIO snort vrolijk als ik een PDFje vanaf de laptop naar de AIO verstuur.

Dat moeten we bij jou dus ook voor elkaar zien te krijgen, en ik verzeker je,,dat gaat lukken.!!

uiteraard kan dat. en ook daar wil ik wel bij helpen.

zorg er voor, dat je alle drivers van het mobo(moederbord) voorhanden hebt, waarbij die van de chipset het belangrijkste is, want die MOET na een windows herstel/nieuwe installatie er als eerste op gezet worden. daarna pas de rest.

Ik begrijp dat dat een hele toestand wordt, maar het zou wel het beste zijn, denk ik,, temeer omdat ik mij afvraag, of die herinstallatie na de voornoemde crash wel juist en in de goede volgorde is gebeurd.

Ik laat het uiteraard aan jezelf over, of je dit al dan niet wilt..

Wat ik mij óok afvraag is toen je de canon aan de laptop aansloot metdde usb, hoorde je toen een geluid uit de laptop komen en kwam er een popup met de tekst installatie van apparatuur uitvoeren??

En voorlopig als laatste in deze tekst de vraag, heb je in apparaat beheer geel metzzwarte driehoekjes en/of uitroeptekens staan, zoja, bij welke onderdelen dan???

Configuratiescherm\Systeem en beveiliging\Systeembeheer en dan op computerbeheer klikken, dan staat in de linker rij als 8e van boven "Apparaatbeheer" daar ook op klikken en dan zie je allemaal onderdelen staan, en al het goed is staan daar GEEN zwarte met gele driehoekjes met vraag/uitroep tekens in.

computer geeft een klikje na aansluiting maar geen mededeling (doet de PC wel), in apparatenbeheer geen gele driehoekjes.

misschien is het toch beter om de boel te herinstalleren en in ben al bezig om de gegevens bij elkaar te zoeken. heb in ieder geval twee dvd's voor herinstallatie ( 32 en 64 bit) en een dvd van asus met driver&utility voor deze laptop. Kom er nog wel op terug, maar moet een paar dagen wachten omdat ik de laptop dan nog nodig heb voor wat belangrijke Skype contacten. Zal alvast wat vragen opstellen. Dank in ieder geval omdat je wilt helpen (ben een 86er!)

Geen probleem en heel erg graag gedaan..

Hoogstwaarschijnlijk zijn de drivers op de bijgeleverde dvd sterk verouderd.

de aanbeveling is, op de site van het merk laptop kunt u de nieuwste drivers downloaden.

van ieder onderdell staan er meerdere maar u moet steeds de jongste downloaden en in een apparte map zetten die u bijvoorbeeld Nieuwe drivers noemt,zodat u ze straks heel makkelijk terug kunt vinden, daarna bestaan er minimaal 2 opties...te weten;

optie 1; u heeft op uw laptop 2 partities aangemaakt, dan zet u de map met nieuwe drivers op de partitie DIE NIET "C" als benaming heeft(het zou bijv D kunnen zijn.

optie 2; u heeft op uw laptop geen 2 partities aangemaakt en u wilt dat ook niet, dan moet u de map met de nieuwe drivers op een dvd branden, zodat u ze na herstel van schijf C kunt gebruiken..NB; alle info en data zal van schijf C af zijn na het herstel.

als u zover bent, dan hoor ik het wel. ik vind het erg knap dat u zich op deze leeftijd er zo in verdiept en dat aandurft,, chapeau..
