Hi,

 

Ben weer terug helaas met nieuw probleem met betrekking tot Meerdere keren vastlopen/crashen van de pc, en regelmatig terugkerende BSOD.

Ik heb al met verschillende programma's gekeken en schoongemaakt, wederom zat er vuil op de ventilator, maar toch kwam het probleem weer terug.

Ga naar Start -> Alle programma's -> Bureauaccessoires.

Klik met rechts op het icoon van de opdrachtprompt en kies voor uitvoeren als administrator om het opdrachtprompt te openen.

Typ sfc /scannow en druk enter. (let op de spatie voor de / )

Alle windows systeembestanden worden nu gecontroleerd op fouten en indien nodig vervangen door een correcte versie.

Hou de windows installatie cd/dvd bij de hand (als je er een hebt) want er kan om gevraagd worden.

Na de scan krijg je een overzicht van de resultaten en een verwijzing naar een CBS logbestand.

Wanneer u de melding krijgt: "Er zijn geen schendingen van de integriteit gevonden", voert u onderstaande niet uit. Krijgt u wel foutmeldingen, dan kan u onderstaande uitvoeren zodat we in een logje naar je problemen kunnen zien:

Typ nu findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log > "%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" en druk enter.

Let op de spatie voor de / en %windir% en voor en na de >.

Nu zou je op je bureaublad het bestandje sfcdetails.txt moeten zien.

Voeg dit bestandje toe aan een volgend bericht.

Probeer eens of onderstaande procedure deze kan herstellen.

 

Hoe je controleert of je met een 32- of 64-bitversie van Windows werkt kan je hier bekijken.

 

1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
2. Download SFCFix.zip from one of the below links, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip – do not rename it.

5. Save any open documents and close all open windows.

Het is me gelukt om sfcfix te draaien met de fix, en zag dat er wel iets is gebeurt/verholpen is, maar het rapport van sfc lijkt anders te zeggen. Viel me ook op dat de eerdere rapporten sfcdetails er nog in stonden, maar dat zal niet veel uitmaken.

 

Heb je nog een andere oplossing misschien? Zag zojuist dat W10 eraan komt met 3 gb aan data, misschien is dit een oplossing?

Het maakt inderdaad niet uit of de oude rapporten nog in het bestandje staan want we kijken toch enkel naar de lijnen met de recentste datum.

Volgens sfcfix is de fix correct verlopen maar volgens de sfc scan is het probleem niet opgelost.

Sorry, mijn fout.

Win 10 komt officieel uit eind juli.

Het is helemaal niet zeker dat Win 10 de oplossing is voor je probleem.

Start Blue Screen View op. 
Je zal nu een overzicht krijgen van de laatste foutmeldingen en Minidumps (.dmp-bestand). 

Selecteer het eerste bestand uit de lijst onder Dump File en druk op Ctrl+A 
Klik vervolgens op File (Bestand) en daarna op Save Selected Items (geselecteerde items opslaan) (Ctrl+S) 
Sla het bestand op je bureaublad op. 
Voeg nu het bestand als bijlage toe aan je volgend bericht.

Hi ben ik weer, nou ging het geloof ik goed, want zag de melding:"Geen schendingen van de integriteit gevonden", dus dat ging goed.

 

hierbij de bestanden danwel rapportjes.

 

PS: Bij het opstarten van BSV zag ik geen laatste melding meer staan, moet ik even op zoek naar de minidump zeker?

Mooi zo; de sfc scan is weer helemaal in orde.

 

 

Kijk eens in de map C:\Windows\Minidump of daar nog bestanden in staan.

Comprimeer anders de volledige inhoud van deze map in een zip bestand en voeg dat toe als bijlage aan een volgend bericht.

de map is idd leeg........vermoedelijk met een cleaner meegenomen ben erg bezig geweest met adw-cleaner en cc-cleaner, malwarebytes en super antispyware.

 

heb nog wel 2 laatste txtfiles van BSV  net voordat ik ging mailen met het forum

Vermoedelijk zijn de dump bestanden met CCleaner opgeruimd.

 

Dan zit er niets anders op dan te wachten of de bsod terug komen en dan te zien of we nog iets kunnen doen.
